AONA Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the AONA app and the aona.app website. By using AONA you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who provides AONA

AONA is provided by Carlos García Álvarez (trading as Velycio), Spanish tax ID 45549258N, Carrer Barcelona 33, 3.º 1.ª, 17002 Girona, Spain. Contact: [email protected].

2. What AONA is

AONA helps families agree on phone use: it suggests rules based on age, the law and official guidelines where you live; the family adjusts and signs them; the app applies them on every phone and suggests activities to do together.

AONA is not a medical or psychological service. The digital wellbeing score and guidelines are for general information only. If you're worried about your child's health, please talk to a professional.

3. Accounts and age

4. The phone lock and its limits

5. Subscription and pricing

6. Acceptable use

You must not use AONA to monitor someone without their knowledge, for any unlawful purpose, or to try to access other families' data or harm the service.

7. Content

AONA's activities, text and illustrations belong to us or we have the right to use them. Ratings and tips written by families must be respectful; we may review and remove them.

8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have under law. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect loss.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile › Account). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, giving you notice first except in serious cases.

10. Changes

If we make important changes to these terms, we'll let you know in the app in advance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain, without removing any protection you have under the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law.
